This excerpt taken from the GPS 10-Q filed Jun 9, 2009. 3.15 Licenses and Permits Supplier is responsible for obtaining all licenses, approvals, permits and authorizations required by applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations that Supplier is required to have in order to perform the Services and, except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties or as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Supplier is financially responsible for all fees, costs and taxes associated with such licenses, approvals, permits and authorizations. Supplier shall provide to Gap all such licenses, approvals, permits and authorizations within three (3) Business Days after Supplier’s receipt of Gap’s request.
