IV. MAINTENANCE SERVICES

For purposes of this Statement of Work, “Maintenance Services” are those Services specified in Attachment A of this Statement of Work, for the Covered Machines.

 

  a) Store Servers includes a *. Typically a store will have *. Maintenance Services include warranty and off-warranty hardware maintenance to provide responses in accordance with Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement). New Store Servers will include the purchase by Gap of a * warranty upgrade.

 

  b) Store Workstations include a *. Maintenance Services include warranty and off-warranty hardware maintenance to provide responses in accordance with Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement).

Maintenance Services include warranty and off-warranty hardware maintenance to provide responses in accordance with Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement). New POS Configurations will include the purchase of a * warranty by Gap.
