This Exhibit B.3 (Measuring Tools and Methodology) is an exhibit to Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement) of the First Amended and Revised Master Services Agreement dated as of March 2, 2009 between Gap and Supplier (the “Agreement”). Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given in Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement) or Section 1 (Definitions) of the Agreement.
