1.5 Procurement of Store Equipment

Supplier will provide procurement services pursuant to Attachment D as follows:

 

  a. Provide procurement services to Gap for the equipment listed in Exhibit C12.2.

  b. Receive Work Orders as specified in Addendum 1 to Attachment D or Purchase Orders from Gap identifying the models, quantities, Gap specified locations, and scheduled installation dates.

 

  c. Place the order with the appropriate Third Party Vendor pursuant to the terms of Gap’s contract with such Third Party Vendor or Supplier’s contract with such Third Party Vendor, as agreed upon by the parties in writing.

 

  d. Track the units from the Third Party Vendor until arrival at the Supplier Integration Center.

Procurement shall be considered complete for each Purchase Order when the equipment has been received at the Supplier Integration Center or at Gap-requested destination.
