1.2 Project Administration Services

Supplier will provide project administration and support for the Supplier responsibilities in this Attachment D *. The objective of this task is to provide administrative support and assistance.

The primary subtasks to be performed by Supplier include:

 

  a. Work Order Processing.

 

  b. Change Order Processing

 

  c. Deliverable Preparation

 

  d. Transportation Scheduling

 

  e. Inventory Administration and Management

 

  f. Coordinate the pick up of de-installed Store Equipment and other Store Equipment being replaced from a Gap store location.
