REPORTING CODE VIOLATIONS

 

It is important to report all violations or suspected violations of the Code. Gap Inc. maintains a Code of Business Conduct hotline (“Code Hotline”) that you can use to report suspected violations of the Code. Reports to the Code Hotline may be made anonymously upon request. Confidentiality for those who report will be maintained to the extent possible. Neither your supervisor nor the Company will take any action against you for reporting suspected misconduct in good faith.
