1.126 Residual Knowledge
Residual Knowledge shall have the meaning specified in Section 36.9 (Residual Knowledge).
36.9 Residual Knowledge
Provided * the patent rights, copyrights, trademarks or service marks of the Disclosing Party or third parties who have licensed or provided materials to the Disclosing Party, * relating to the Services (collectively, Residual Knowledge) retained by an individual without reference, within * of the use of such Residual Knowledge, to any writing, whether written or electronic, and which either Party, individually or jointly, develops or discloses under this Agreement.
