26.8 Technology Changes

If a Technology Change (defined below) occurs, Gap and Supplier will identify the efficiencies, economies, and net savings resulting from such Technology Change and will, in good faith, * as to the affected Service(s). “Technology Change” shall mean a * resulting from * of (1) *; (2) *; or (3) *.
