Separation Agreements with Ian Aaron and Douglas Macrae

 

The Company entered into a Separation Agreement and General Release with each of Mr. Aaron and Mr. Macrae pursuant to which Mr. Aaron’s employment as President of the TV Guide Television Group terminated on March 11, 2005 and Mr. Macrae’s employment as President of the TV Guide Consumer Electronics Group terminated on March 11, 2005. These agreements are more fully described under “Employment Agreements” above.
