Assistant Treasurer:   The board of directors may elect an assistant treasurer or more than one assistant treasurer. At the request of the treasurer, or in his or her absence or disability, an assistant treasurer may perform all the duties of the treasurer and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all the restrictions upon, the treasurer. Each assistant treasurer shall have such other powers and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the board of directors.
