For fiscal 2007, net sales for our Bakeries and Foodservice segment increased 5 percent to $1.8 billion. The growth in fiscal 2007 net sales was driven by: increased sales of higher margin, branded products and the introduction of new products to customers such as schools, hotels, restaurants, and convenience stores; improved innovation in foodservice products; and favorable net price realization. Net sales increased slightly from fiscal 2005 to fiscal 2006. Fiscal 2006 unit volume was flat as compared to fiscal 2005, with net price realization and product mix causing the increase in net sales.
