Election of Officers:   At such meeting the board of directors may elect from among its number a chairman of the board of directors, one or more persons to serve as a vice chairman; a president and one or more corporate and company vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, a senior vice president, financial operations, one or more assistant secretaries, and one or more assistant treasurers who need not be members of the Board of Directors. Such officers shall hold office until the next annual election of officers and until their successors are respectively elected and qualified, unless removed by the board of directors as provided in section 11 of article III.
