Notice of Stockholders’ Meetings:   Written notice, stating the time and place of the meeting and, in case of a special meeting, stating also the general nature of the business to be considered, shall be given by the secretary by mailing, or causing to be mailed, such notice, postage prepaid, to each stockholder entitled to vote, at his post office address as the same appears on the stock books of the corporation, or by delivering such notice to him personally, at least ten (10) days before the meeting, or by delivering through any means of electronic communication permitted by law.
