Regular Meetings:   Regular meetings of the board of directors shall be held on such dates as are designated, from time to time, by resolutions of the board, and shall be held at the principal office of the corporation, or at such other location or locations as the board selects. Each regular meeting shall commence at the time designated by the Chairman of the Board on at least five (5) days’ written notice to each director when sent by mail and on at least three (3) days’ notice when sent by private express carrier or transmitted by telex, facsimile or similar means.
