Rules as to Issue of Certificates:   The board of directors may make such rules and regulations as it may deem expedient concerning the issue, transfer and registration of certificates of stock of the corporation. It may appoint one or more transfer agents and/or registrars of transfers, and may require all certificates of stock to bear the signature of either or both. Each and every person accepting from the corporation certificates of stock therein shall furnish the corporation with a written statement of his or her residence or post office address, and in the event of changing such residence shall advise the corporation of such new address.
