During the third quarter of fiscal 2008, we repurchased 2.8 million shares of common stock for $154.1 million. In the nine-month period ended February 24, 2008, we repurchased 23.8 million shares of common stock for $1,380.6 million.

During the third quarter of fiscal 2007, we repurchased 0.1 million shares of common stock for $5.3 million. In the nine-month period ended February 25, 2007, we repurchased 17.2 million shares of common stock for $896.5 million.

During the second quarter of fiscal 2008, we repurchased 0.1 million shares of common stock for $6.1 million. In the six-month period ended November 25, 2007, we repurchased 21.0 million shares of common stock for $1,226.5 million, of which $0.4 million was included in current liabilities as of November 25, 2007, and settled after the end of the quarter.

During the second quarter of fiscal 2007, we repurchased 2.9 million shares of common stock for $153.8 million. In the six-month period ended November 26, 2006, we repurchased 17.1 million shares of common stock for $890.2 million.

During the thirteen weeks ended November 26, 2006, we repurchased 3 million shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $153 million. During the thirteen weeks ended November 27, 2005, we repurchased a minimal number of shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $3 million.

During the first twenty-six weeks of fiscal 2007, we repurchased 17 million shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $890 million. During the first twenty-six weeks of fiscal 2006, we repurchased 16 million shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $752 million.

During the third quarter of fiscal 2006, we repurchased 1.1 million shares of our common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $55 million. During the third quarter of fiscal 2005, we repurchased 0.1 million shares of our common stock. During the first thirty-nine weeks of fiscal 2006, we repurchased 17.1 million shares of our common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $806 million. During the first thirty-nine weeks of fiscal 2005, we repurchased 16.9 million shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $766 million.

During the first half of fiscal 2006, we repurchased 16 million shares of our common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $752 million. During the first half of fiscal 2005, we repurchased 17 million shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $759 million.

Throughout the fiscal 2006 first quarter we repurchased 16 million shares of common stock for $749 million. We purchased 4 million of these shares in a secondary market offering in late August. At August 28, 2005, we had unpaid obligations associated with our share repurchases totaling $203 million included in other current liabilities. We settled these obligations shortly after the end of our fiscal quarter.
