Dividends

 

The Company did not pay any cash dividends prior to the first quarter of 2001. The Company paid a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock for that quarter and for each subsequent quarter through the first quarter of 2004. Beginning in the second quarter of 2004, the Company increased its quarterly cash dividend payment to $0.06. Beginning the second quarter of 2005, the Company increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.07. In the second quarter of 2006, the Company increased its quarterly cash dividend payment to $0.09. The Company decreased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.05 in the second quarter of 2008.
