        You are cordially invited to attend the annual meeting of shareholders of Gevity HR, Inc. ("Gevity") to be held on May 21, 2008, at our offices in Bradenton, Florida, commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time. The agenda for this meeting includes the annual election of our board of directors, the ratification of the appointment of independent public accountants and the approval of an amendment to our 2005 Equity Incentive Plan.
