Information is included for equity compensation plans approved by our stockholders and equity compensation plans not approved by our stockholders. We will not grant equity awards in the future under any of the equity compensation plans not approved by our stockholders included in the table below. The table does not include the additional shares that may be issuable pursuant to the proposed amendment to add an additional 8,500,000 shares to the 2004 Stock Plan that is the subject of Proposal No. 3 of this proxy statement.
