Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 22, 2013, Google Inc. (“Google”) is issuing a press release and holding a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
