We think this company has a great product, in its all-inclusive water / theme parks, and is well positioned to capture a larger share of families' remaining vacation dollars. The locations are within driving distance of major metropolitan areas, so no need to take expensive plane flights to get there. The Poconos resort we recently visited was sold out on a random Sunday night at the end of January (no, not MLK weekend), which seemed pretty outstanding during this economy.
