Determining Compensation In making compensation determinations, we consider each element of compensation in relation to the total amount of compensation paid to the named executive officer. Although we do not have a formal policy with regard to allocating compensation between elements, it is our belief that a substantial portion of compensation should be comprised of annual and long-term incentives to align our executives interests with the shareholders interests and the profitable growth of our business.
