Article 13 – Equal Rights and Privileges; No Transfer or Assignment of Employee’s Rights.

All participants granted options under the Plan shall have the same rights and privileges, and each participant’s rights and privileges under the Plan shall be exercisable only by him or her and shall not be sold, pledged, assigned, or transferred in any manner.
