An eligible employee may request payroll deductions in an amount (expressed as a whole percentage) not less than one percent (1%) but not more than ten percent (10%) of the employees total compensation, including base pay or salary and any overtime, bonuses or commissions. The Company will accumulate and hold for each participants account the amounts deducted from his or her pay. No interest will be paid on these amounts.
