Keurig, Incorporated holds a 10% ownership interest in Keurig F.E. Co., Ltd., a joint venture organized under Japanese law pursuant to a Joint Venture Agreement dated February 21, 2001, by and between UCC Ueshima Coffee Co., Ltd. and Keurig, Incorporated, as amended.
