Shares Subject to the Plan Subject to stockholder approval and applicable securities laws requirements, amounts determined by the Plan administrator may be distributed in shares of the Company’s common stock. The number of shares of common stock to be issued to participants under the Plan during fiscal 2008 or any other year is not determinable at this time. Payment of an award may be made in cash or shares of Stock, in the Administrator’s discretion, but any shares of Stock delivered under the Plan shall reduce the number of shares available for issuance under the Company’s 2006 Incentive Plan, and no shares of Stock shall be delivered hereunder in excess of the number of shares available under the 2006 Incentive Plan. |
