ANNOUNCES RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED AND EVENTS OCCURRED AT THE APRIL 16, 2012 ANNUAL GENERAL ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING>
Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, April 17, 2012 - Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (the “Company” or “GAP”) today announced that the following actions and developments took place during the Company’s General Annual Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held April 16, 2012:

IX Approval that the Company’s Board of Directors is comprised as follows, effective immediately:
The General Ordinary Shareholders’ meeting took place with a quorum of 72.93%; all resolutions were approved by a majority vote.
The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting did not take place since the required 75% quorum was not reached. Therefore, a future meeting will be called by the Board.

(GAP) operates 12 airports throughout Mexico’s Pacific region, including the major cities of Guadalajara and Tijuana, the four tourist destinations of Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, La Paz and Manzanillo, and six other mid-sized cities: Hermosillo, Bajio, Morelia, Aguascalientes, Mexicali and Los Mochis. In February 2006, GAP’s shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “PAC” and on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “GAP”.
