These excerpts taken from the HBI 8-K filed Sep 5, 2006. 5.13 Recovery of Benefits In the event a Covered Employee receives a benefit payment under the Plan which is in excess of the benefit payment which should have been made, the Committee shall have the right to recover the amount of such overpayment from such Covered Employee or his or her Estate.
