Hardy Oil and Gas plc is an oil and gas exploration and production company. Its portfolio includes a blend of production, development, appraisal and exploration assets. The Company Hardy Oil and Gas plc has existing production from an offshore field in India’s Cauvery basin. Hardy also has interests in exploration blocks in India’s Saurashtra, Cauvery, Krishna Godavari and Assam basins and two development licenses in Nigeria. The PY-3 producing field is located off the east coast of India approximately 80 kilometers south of Pondicherry, and is ring-fenced by the Company’s CY-OS/2 block. The CY-OS/2 block is located in the northern part of the Cauvery basin immediately offshore from Pondicherry, covering approximately 859 square kilometers. The GS-01 block is located in the Gujarat-Saurashtra offshore basin off the west coast of India and encompasses 8,841 square kilometers.
