SIZE="2">Historically, short-term investments represented auction rate securities. The Company’s auction rate securities were classified as available-for-sale and were stated at current market value in accordance with Statement of Financial
Accounting Standards (“SFAS”) No. 115, “Accounting for Certain Investments in Debt and Equity Securities.” In January 2008, the Company liquidated all of its investments in auction rate securities given the current market
conditions. The Company did not realize any loss in value upon liquidating these investments.

 

FACE="Times New Roman" SIZE="2">Concentration of Risk

 

SIZE="2">The Company is potentially exposed to concentrations of risk associated with its accounts receivable. However, this risk is limited due to the Company’s large number of clients and their dispersion across many different industries and
geographies. At December 31, 2008, the Company had no significant concentrations of risk.
