Herbalife Ltd. Announces Third Quarter 2009 Dividend

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) today reported that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to shareholders of record effective November 25, 2009, payable on December 9, 2009.
