(Nasdaq:HCCI), a leading provider of parts cleaning, used oil re-refining, and hazardous and non-hazardous waste services primarily focused on small and mid-sized customers, today announced that the underwriters of its previously announced public offering of common stock have exercised, in full, their option to purchase an additional 443,479 shares of common stock at the public offering price of $20.50 per share. Proceeds from the exercise of the option are expected to be approximately $8.6 million after deducting the underwriting discount.
William Blair & Company, L.L.C. is acting as the sole bookrunner for the offering. Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Needham & Company, LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 8, 2012 subject to customary closing conditions.
