Communications with the Audit Committee and Other Non-Management Directors
The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (Audit Committee) has established procedures for confidential, anonymous submission of complaints by employees and for receipt, retention and treatment of complaints, from whatever source, received by the Company, regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters. These procedures are outlined in a document
entitled Procedures for Submission and Handling of Complaints Regarding Compliance Matters, a copy of which may be viewed on the Companys website at www.hersheys.com in the Investor Relations section. Interested persons (including stockholders and employees of the Company) may also communicate directly with the non-management directors of the Board as a group by following the procedures posted in the Investor Relations section of the Companys website.
