Prepaid Expenses and Other Current Assets As of December 31, 2009, prepaid expenses and other current assets included a receivable of approximately $7.7 million related to the recovery of damages from a product recall and temporary plant closure in Canada. The product recall during the fourth quarter of 2006 was caused by a contaminated ingredient purchased from an outside supplier with whom we filed a claim for damages. During the fourth quarter of 2009, we entered into a settlement of the claim for an amount approximately equivalent to the amount of the receivable included in prepaid expenses and other current assets.
