Included in the number of securities remaining available for future issuance are 172,632 shares remaining under our Employee Stock Purchase Plan of which approximately 1,000 shares are subject to purchase in the current purchasing period ending June 30, 2007.

EQUITY COMPENSATION PLAN INFORMATION

 

Options to purchase common stock have been granted to employees and non-employee directors under our stock-based equity plans. The following table summarizes the number of stock options issued, the weighted-average exercise price and the number of securities remaining to be issued under our existing equity compensation plans, including the 1996 Stock Option Plan, the 2005 Equity Incentive Plan, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, the 2003 Stock Plan for Outside Directors and the Director Deferred Compensation Plan, as of January 28, 2006. At the 2006 Annual Meeting, the stockholders will vote on an equity plan to replace our existing plan for non-employee outside directors. (See pages 21 - 23 for details.)

EQUITY COMPENSATION PLAN INFORMATION

 

Options to purchase common stock have been granted to employees and non-employee directors under our stock option plans. The following table summarizes the number of stock options issued, the weighted-average exercise price and the number of securities remaining to be issued under our existing equity compensation plans, including the 1996 Stock Option Plan, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and the 2003 Stock Plan for Outside Directors, as of January 29, 2005. At the 2005 Annual Meeting, the stockholders will vote on equity plans to replace some of our existing plans and to approve a new director deferred compensation plan. (See pages 22 - 32 for details.)
