The Sun-Times Media Group (OTC.BB: SUTM), formally known as Hollinger International, is a Chicago based newspaper publisher whose assets include the Chicago Sun-Times and dozens of local publications. Now trades over the counter since the board of directers decided not to take action to keep it listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

The company is trying to sell parts of the company off rather than as a whole due to IRS tax issues.
