Hochschild Mining plc (LON:HOC) is a United Kingdom-based precious metals company with a focus on silver and gold. The Company have three 100% owned operating mines located in Peru, which includes Arcata, Ares and Selene. In addition, the Company has three joint venture operations, including San Jose in Argentina (51%), Moris in Mexico (70%) and Pallancata in Peru (60%). All the operations are underground epithermal vein mines and the mining method is cut and fills, with the exception of Moris, which is an open pit mine. The ore at the operations is processed into silver-gold concentrate or Dore.
