The following graph compares on a cumulative basis the yearly percentage change over the five year period ending October 31, 2006 in (i) the total shareholder return on the Class A Common Stock of the Company with (ii) the total return on the Standard & Poors 500 Index and with (iii) the total return on the S&P Homebuilding Index. Such yearly percentage change has been measured by dividing (i) the sum of (a) the cumulative amount of dividends for the measurement period, assuming dividend reinvestment, and (b) the price per share at the end of the measurement period less the price per share at the beginning of the measurement period, by (ii) the price per share at the beginning of the measurement period. The price of each unit has been set at $100 on October 31, 2001 for the preparation of the five year graph.
