(3) Shares acquired on vesting for Gary Holdren includes 50,000 restricted stock units which vested on February 1, 2008. On January 29, 2007 Mr. Holdren received 250,000 restricted stock units which vest over five years, 20% annually. Under the terms of his Restricted Stock Unit Agreement, restricted stock units that have become vested will not be settled until after his employment terminates, subject to the terms of the Agreement.
