Section 2. Term.
There is no specified length of employment. Accordingly, either the Employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at will, with or without cause, at any time. In conjunction with this policy of at-will employment, the Employee may also be disciplined, demoted or have her or his job responsibilities reassigned by the Company for any reason at the Companys sole discretion.
