Reflects cash compensation earned for fiscal year end 2007.
Represents the proportionate amount of the total fair value of option and stock awards recognized by the Company as an expense in 2007 for financial accounting purposes. The fair
values of these awards and the amounts expensed in 2007 were determined in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Board Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.123 (revised 2004) Share-Based Payment (FAS 123R). The awards for which
expense is shown in this table include the awards made in 2007 as well as awards granted in previous years for which we continued to recognize expense in 2007. The assumptions used to calculate the FAS 123 fair value of option awards are disclosed
in Note 4 to our consolidated financial statements included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007. In 2007, each director received 2,466 stock awards and 11,100 options. The grant date fair value of 2007 stock
awards and option awards computed in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123R to each Director was $17,012.93 and $47,169.45, respectively. As of December 31, 2007, each Director had 2,466 restricted shares
