Contingent liabilities are possible obligations that arise from past events and whose existence will be confirmed only by the occurrence of one or more uncertain future events not wholly within the Companys control or are present obligations arising from past events that are not recognised as it is not probable a transfer of economic benefits will occur or the amount cannot be measured with sufficient certainty. The Company reviews its obligations regularly.
