BELLEVUE, Wash. March 19, 2007 InfoSpace, Inc. (Nasdaq:INSP) today commented on the announcement by Sandell Asset Management Corp. that it intends to nominate three directors for election to the Companys Board of Directors at InfoSpaces annual shareholders meeting.
