Thank you Pratibha. Good afternoon and thank you all for joining us today to discuss the financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2005. I am Krishnan and I am a member of Investor Relations Team in Bangalore. Joining me today in this conference room in Bangalore, India, is CEO and President, Mr. Nandan Nilekani, COO, Kris Gopalakrishnan, and CFO, Mohandas Pai, and other members in the senior management. We will start with a brief statement on the performance of the company during the quarter and year ended March 31, 2005, the outlook for the first quarter ending June 30, 2005, and the full year ending March 31, 2006. After which, we will open up the discussion for question and answers.
