Tomashot joined us in April 2001 as Director
of Planning and Analysis. In June 2003, he was promoted to Vice President of
Planning and Analysis and he was named Vice President, Finance Thailand in July
2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Tomashot was Director of Finance of Rooster.com
from 2000 to March, 2001, and was Senior Finance Manager of Diageo PLC,
Pillsbury North America in the Non-Dough Foods Division from 1999 to 2000. Prior
to that, Mr. Tomashot held various finance positions at Procter & Gamble
from 1993 to 1999 and at The NCR Corporation from 1986 to 1991.
