Iowa Telecommunications Services, Inc. (NYSE: IWA) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.405 per share on Iowa Telecommunications common stock.  The dividend is payable on January 15, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2009.

Iowa Telecommunications Services, Inc.
