Jefferies Group, Inc. Announces Underwriters' Exercise in Full of Over-Allotment Option for Recent Convertible Senior Debentures

Jefferies Group, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: JEF) today announced the exercise in full of the underwriters' over-allotment option to purchase an additional $45 million of the Company’s 3.875% convertible senior debentures. The Company recently announced the sale of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% convertible senior debentures.
