Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 28, 2007, Knoll, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it adopted a trading plan pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On February 28, 2007, the Company also issued a press release announcing that the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Barry L. McCabe, adopted a trading plan pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
