Company poised to grow revenues during 2009

L'Oreal has increased promotional spending for 2009 and is set to release new products into the American market that have been very popular in Europe. The company still has a 22-point lead in market share over its closest competitor. In addition, consumers are beginning to move away from higher-end chains at department stores and trade down to the "high end of mass," which is L'Oreal's market.
