This Form 6-K/A amends LAN Airlines S.A.s (LAN) report relating to its unaudited interim consolidated financial statements for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2012, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) on Form 6-K on May 14, 2012 (the Interim Quarterly Financials 6-K), by providing the following:
